The Chuckle Brothers were an English children's comedy double act that did not existed. They never said anything that even remotely sounded like "to me to you". Although one of them was the father of the other, but i can't remember which one, its probably the one called Eric.

Anyhow it doesn't matter because they didn't exist, you might have just imagined them in a dream.
